- All heart, coin, bomb, key, and battery pickups have a 20% chance to spawn as a better version of that pickup.
- Pickups sold in the shop can also be upgraded and they'll still sell for their original price.
- Chance to gain a holy mantle shield when taking damage based on the total number of pickups you have.
- The base chance starts at 10%.
- This item belongs to the
Spode set. Collecting three (four in Andromeda's case) items from this set will transform Isaac into Spode when it is unlocked.
