- Enemies have a 20% chance to revive as friendly upon death.
- Friendly enemies persist between rooms.
- Enemies will not revive when killed by other friendly enemies.
- The chance is unaffected by luck but increases with multiple copies of the item.
- Chance to shoot charming tears.
- Scales with luck.
- This item belongs to the
Spode set. Collecting three (four in Andromeda's case) items from this set will transform Isaac into Spode when it is unlocked.

- Juno is one of the 4 major asteroids in our solar system, named after the Roman goddess of marriage. Juno also was the wife of Jupiter.
- The item's description and effect are a reference to the wedding vow: "Until death do us part."
- The item's costume took some inspiration from the Rebekah mod.
